What do women fitness models eat and what’s their workout routine?

Question by Summer_days: What do women fitness models eat and what's their workout routine?

in case some people didn't notice..I'm talking about FITNESS MODELS not just those skinny models on the runway

it doesnt matter if their a fitness model. it can be anyone. usually models are very tall and very very very skinny. UNHEALTHY skinny. you cant tell in the pictures and also they are photo edited. but that is all unhealthy. unlike them i am 5'2 (short as hell) weigh 111 and i weighed 125 2 weeks ago. im usually in really great shape but i quit working out for a little and now i am back on track! lots of cardio is the key, swimming and running will shed off unwanted fat like nothing! and drink lots of water!!! watch the carbs you eat... you can eat carbs but just watch the overloads, such as beer caffeine and soda's. try to run for at least 30 minutes every day and squeeze in some crunches and or lift some weights before a nightly shower and you will be set my friend! JUST STICK TO IT :) MOTIVATION IS THE KEYYY!

  1. contrary to what everyone thinks, MODELS DO EAT. consider how tall they are and how they work runway, pictorials and partying, travelling. they need to eat but they burn calories fast. and models are getting younger and younger too so they reall have a fast metabolism.

    they do eat some of them like eating vegetarian and they workout too.

  2. Fitness models generally seem to be in the middle of the, so called, healthy weight range, some heavier some lighter. Fitness models are mostly on the muscular side with low body fat, less than 18% for competition. Probably just a healthy balanced diet with lots of cardio and strength training.
