I'll give you three links, you can search for similar items in their mass and strength, always the big muscle group movements: bench press (1) (2) Squats (3) Deadlift (4) Chin / Do not row shoulder press (5) (this is not really great, but you still have to do, but not as much as the others, if you use your other warm-Delt) (6) Sprint (highly recommended) ^ _ ^ Good luck

it doesnt matter if their a fitness model. it can be anyone. usually models are very tall and very very very skinny. UNHEALTHY skinny. you cant tell in the pictures and also they are photo edited. but that is all unhealthy. unlike them i am 5'2 (short as hell) weigh 111 and i weighed 125 2 weeks ago. im usually in really great shape but i quit working out for a little and now i am back on track! lots of cardio is the key, swimming and running will shed off unwanted fat like nothing! and drink lots of water!!! watch the carbs you eat... you can eat carbs but just watch the overloads, such as beer caffeine and soda's. try to run for at least 30 minutes every day and squeeze in some crunches and or lift some weights before a nightly shower and you will be set my friend! JUST STICK TO IT
