First of all im a girl....each scoop contains about 26 grams of protein. It says that you should drink post workout but I wanted to know if I could drink a shake in the morning for breakfast also. That would about 52grams of protein in just two drinks, is that to much protein for me? Please keep in mind that I will also have protein in my lunch and dinner and possible snacks. Whey protein is a food product basically... so it's safe. Being a female you definitely want to keep it on the light side. I don't think you need more than about .5 gram per pound of body weight per day. That means if you weigh 100 lbs the you would need 50 grams of protein for the whole day... whether via whey protein or other animal sources.
Make sure you use a pure whey protein with No artificial Sweeteners, No artificial Flavors, No artificial Fillers etc.
