Has anyone successfully lost weight with zumba fitness?

Question by Gaby: Has anyone successfully lost weight with zumba fitness?
I am 17 yrs old and I'm already 42.3 pounds over weight i have zumba fitness and its really fun but im just worried that its not doing anything i just want to know if there has been anyone out there with a successful weight lose story to help motivate me the people on the zumba fitness stories just dont convince me.

I've been taking Zumba at a gym and I love it! You’ll definitely lose weight if you make it a part of your weekly routine. You can burn 500 to 800 calories during an hour of Zumba.

In addition to Zumba, I am taking body sculpting and a yogalates class. I’m in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Start out slow and challenge yourself by adding more time to your workouts and/or increasing the amount of days you work out. Make sure you are giving yourself a couple days to let you body rest or you’ll burn out.

I was 60lbs over weight and have lost 15lbs and dropped 4 sizes since I started working out December of last year. The scale doesn’t move as fast as I hoped it would but I’ve lost a lot of inches, which I hear is also important.
